What was inspected, and what was not.

The production app was not in the connected public GitHub account and not in this workspace. Nothing below pretends otherwise. No member counts, testimonials, or payments were invented.

What exists

  • Live site

https://aihub.ng redirects to www.aihub.ng on Vercel. The HTML generator is v0.app. The app is Next.js. Theme colour is near-black. The title is still “Empowering Africa’s AI Future.”

  • Positioning gap

The homepage describes a pan-African community. The locked line — Nigerians learn, ship, and get paid — is not the headline.

  • Demo signals

The rendered nav links to /profile/demo-user. The homepage shows seeded posts and opportunities (Demo Labs, Demo Health) rather than a verified ship.

  • Ecosystem links

Malam, Kadroot, Arewa, OpenLibrary, and Startup Arewa appear as product marks. Postcode Academy and Dole Ajimu were not in the first screen of HTML.

  • Payments

Paystack, Stripe, Clerk, and Supabase do not appear in the homepage HTML. Login and signup routes exist. What they persist could not be opened from here.

  • GitHub

The connected account is smanmaik. Public repositories include a personal site, huxdata, and basugpay. No aihub.ng source repository was visible. Private repositories, if any, were not returned.

  • This workspace

It held the founder blueprint, not the Next.js production app. Building a second auth system or a second LMS here would violate the instruction not to duplicate working products.

Reused

  • 01

The logo you supplied, and the navy / blue / purple palette taken from it.

  • 02

The blueprint’s prices, ship queue, buyer script, and 90-day rules.

  • 03

Live product URLs. None of those codebases were copied.

Built in this operating layer

  • 01

A front door that says the locked sentence and links the seven products.

  • 02

A ship queue that stays “queued” until a real URL is saved. Zero are marked phone-ready by default.

  • 03

A Thursday plan: city, owner, Meet, WhatsApp. Empty until someone types a booking.

  • 04

A feed for allowed note types, stored on this device, with no seeded members.

  • 05

Membership prices with billing explicitly off.

  • 06

An enterprise lead book, also on this device, plus the two-day and pilot offers.

  • 07

    This audit.

Not done, on purpose

  • 01

Production source is not in this workspace. Homepage copy on aihub.ng was not changed.

  • 02

No Paystack secret, so no subscription, webhook, or paid role.

  • 03

No production database, so members, orders, and admin roles were not migrated.

  • 04

No model provider key was added. The 200-run Builder cap is a rule, not a meter.

  • 05

WhatsApp was not created. Paste a real chat.whatsapp.com link on Thursday when it exists.

Next 30 days

  • 01

Put the aihub.ng repository somewhere this team can read. v0.app generated it. Export it.

  • 02

Change the live headline. Remove or label demo posts, Demo Labs, and demo-user before inviting the cohort.

  • 03

Add a Ships page on the live site with the case-study fields. Start it empty.

  • 04

Create Paystack plans only after the business name can invoice. Verify webhooks before granting Builder.

  • 05

Name the community lead and book Kaduna. Do not open a second city first.

  • 06

Point Malam’s two flagship courses at Thursday. Do not write a new course.
